Transfer files via the command line.

Curl is a command line tool, which allows you to transfer files with URL syntax, such as ftp, ftps, https, telnet, dict, gopher, etc. To do this, Curl supports the https certificates of FTP uploads, HTTP "post" and "put", proxies, cookies, registration and access through user and password, etc.
